Now onto my after photo’s. I first of all want to tell you I did not lose what I wanted – due to tons of sickness all of April, but I pushed through and I did get some great result!
I don’t know if you notice or not that my waist is slimmer and my hips are smaller! I lost a total of 4 inches off my waist and a total of 2 inches off my hips. So 6 inches total…I’ll take that considering the month I had!
