Whether a new parent, seasoned parent or a crazy neurotic parent (much like myself) obsessed with keeping the little ones safe, D-Link has pulled out all the stops for its new high tech Wi-Fi Baby Camera. It truly blows me away how far technology has come in regards to baby monitors since I had my first child over 5 years ago. I love technology and this camera literally have everything and more in what you want in a baby camera.
This high-tech baby camera allows you to keep an eye on what matters most from anywhere with a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection and even share the camera feed with grandparents and babysitters. Enjoy a range of features, from HD video, integrated motion and sound detection, to temperature sensing, automatic night-vision, integrated lullabies, and video recording.
Watch the Wi-Fi Baby Camera in action and see how it turns any mobile device into a versatile baby monitoring solution.
It was easy to put together and set up. I like that it comes with both pink an blue color rings as well.
The Wi-Fi Baby Camera easily connects to an existing Wi-Fi network for local and remote monitoring (via Internet connection) and can also be used even when a wireless network is not available by wirelessly connecting the mobile device directly to the camera for instant local monitoring which is the PERFECT solution for use while traveling.
I also like the ability to add a microSD card for
auto-recording which would be perfect to monitor a baby’s room when a babysitter is over so that you can use it like a nanny-cam.

I still use a baby monitor for my youngest at 2 years old. Here is the view in both night time and day time views from my iPhone.
The two way audio means I can talk back to Lil Sis to tell her to go back to sleep or that I am on my way to her. The camera also features motion, sound
and temperature sensing technology that can trigger instant push alerts
to notify parents if something is amiss. In the picture below you can see baby cried twice and also sensed motion twice. You can click on it to reset back to zero.
Don’t forget you can also take snapshots or videos and save the photos and video clips directly to your mobile device to easily share special moments with friends and family.
This is truly the most amazing technology centered baby item I have ever used. It should be on every new parent’s baby registry. It offers the perfect solution to baby monitoring while adding so many features that makes it unique yet exactly what I want. It can be used long after the baby years. When my youngest is older I plan to move the camera to the playroom so that while I am working in another room or in my office I can still keep tabs on the girls. This is the most advanced baby monitor I have ever come across.
