As I stay-at-home-mom, I often feel like I need to make everything fresh. It can be hard to prepare everything myself when we’re on the go or just in a hurry. Thankfully, Ian’s Natural Foods has shown me that frozen food can be both convenient and healthy for me and my family.
Ian’s mission is to be the leading provider of high quality and allergy-friendly foods that consumers can trust. Our mission is also our passion, so we take sincere pride in providing you with quality foods you?ll truly enjoy. We?re always exploring new ways to get fun and delicious allergy-friendly items to your table!
We’ve been making trusted allergy-friendly products since 2003, when we introduced the first allergy-friendly chicken nuggets and fish sticks to the market. Since then, our product line has grown to include lots (and lots!) of great options, while our focus on choices for those with food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances remains constant.
Here’s what you won’t find in any of Ian’s foods:
- No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives…EVER!
- No trans fats
- No antibiotics
- No bleached flours
- No hydrogenated oils
- No refined sugars
- No hormones
- No tripolyphosphates
Ian’s now has two new delicious products out: Southwest Chicken Tenders and Smokin’ Sweet BBQ Nuggets. I decided to make these for a snack for the Hubs and I and we both loved them! I really enjoyed the Smokin’ Sweet BBQ nuggets – there’s just a hint of sweetness that goes so nicely with chicken. The Hubs devoured the Southwest Chicken Tenders – he liked that there was a tiny bit of spice (not hot though) and thought they had a great flavor. These would be perfect for serving to guests as appetizers or even as part of a lunch or dinner.
