- 2 Cups Heavy Whip
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 2tsp of Imitation Vanilla
- Chocolate Cupcakes
- Chocolate Syrup
- Chocolate Bar (optional)
Once the whip is ready, take your favorite coffee cups and add a spoonful to the bottom. Then put 1 chocolate cupcake in?upside down. Make sure to take off the wrapping! You want them upside down so that the top is a flat surface.
If your cups are bigger you can put in one for the bottom, top it off with whip and then put in another cupcake (or 1/2) upside down to reach the top.
Then add the whip to the top making it a smooth surface.?Here’s the tricky part!?Put one drop of Chocolate Syrup on the corner of the whip on top, then using a toothpick (or bottom of a fork like me) zig-zag it across the top. It should look like a latte’ at a coffee shop.
You can also shave chocolate on the top using a chocolate bar and a potato peeler. It makes it look fancy!
There you have it! A beautiful little Coffee-Cup Cake that is to die for. Honestly, these are so smooth and creamy that it’ll take a force of nature to make you stop eating.
Enjoy your Easter Brunch!
