I’ve needed a new phone for awhile. My old one was having some major issues and there were often times when I wanted to just chuck it across the room. The day my LG G2 from Sprint arrived, I swear, I really did do a happy dance. It’s the only thing that I really wanted for Christmas and I ended up not even having to wait until then! I was so excited to get such a great phone for my last review for the #SprintMom Ambassador program.
The first thing that I noticed when I started my new LG G2 up and used it was the double tap feature. No more hitting the on/off button – just tap the screen twice and it goes on or off right away. I love that feature!
“Introducing a phone inspired by you. Featuring an intuitive rear-key placement, a 2.26 GHz Qualcomm? Snapdragon? Quad-Core Processor, 5.2″ Full HD 1080p IPS display, and a 13 MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology.”
Of course with an adorable not so little puppy in our lives, I had to snap some photos right away. I was definitely happy with the 13-megapixel full HD camera and have been snapping shots like crazy. This one of Max is one of my favorites. I caught his attention off guard and the look on his face is priceless!
Since I’m a Blogger, I sort of live on my phone. I’m always checking emails, Facebook and Twitter. All of those apps and more were so easy and literally took just seconds to download.
All in all, I’m loving my new phone – and my son is loving the he gets my old one for now, problems and all!
Sprint conducted a Mobile Security Survey recently and I was surprised at some of the results. They might just surprise you too! Here are some of the results from the Mobile Security Survey:
- Less than half (44%) of people set a pin on their phone.
- 9% of people check their phone every 5 minutes, while 33% fear the contents of their phone being projected on a big screen.
- 15% of people surveyed have caught people snooping on their phone – So much for privacy! Can you believe that 11% of the people snooping were co-workers?!
- 26% of people don’t realize the risks of clicking unfamiliar links via their phone. It’s the same internet people. Be smart!
