We’re a family of grillers. We cook on the grill at least 2-3 times a week during the summer months. So as you can imagine – once the late fall and winter months roll around, I get sorta bummed. Long gone are the days of backyard BBQ’s and outdoor meals. Instead we’re confined to cooking indoors, unless my husband decides to brave the cold and stand outside for an hour manning up the grill. The smart technology determines the thickness of the food between the grill panels.
The fat from the food even drips into a tray below for healthier cooking. Since it cooks both sides at once, it also cooks in less time. Our steaks only took about 5-7 minutes. They were done before our baked potatoes!
My husband says the T-fal OptiGrill is awesome. He plans to grill all winter long on it and I’m looking forward to grilled foods more often this season!
