Lee Kum Kee is a company with more than 125 years experience in making delicious Asian sauces. Their site has endless recipe ideas as well as cooking videos and list of products. I received a few to test out with the local natives.
My favorite part of an asian meal is the noodles that go along with it. Yum! We paired our sauces up with noodles from Annie Chun’s. Their website includes a wealth of information on their products and recipes as well!
Time for dinner prep.
I just used the directions right off the boxes. For the noodles we used the stir fry directions.
- Soak noodles in hot water for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Add drained noodles to stir fry; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or wok.
- Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned. Add broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in entire pouch of Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Bring to a simmer, and then serve.
I really like the sauce pouches because they make it easy to make a tasty sauce by just squeezing it out of the pouch and into the wok. It was absolutely delicious and my 24 month old even had two bowlfuls at dinner. I will absolutely be buying more of the sauce and the noodles for future meals for my family. So easy to cook and even more tasty to eat!
