After reading and re-reading the features and care instructions, I was practically buzzing around my husband, waiting for him to finish putting my new toy together. Finally, finally, he was done and I was off. Literally. The Shark R
otator Professional Lift-Away is practically self-propelling. I lurched forward and almost fell on my face, but that made me love the vacuum even more! So, I was off to clean the living/family room and dining room.
That picture is frightening. It’s the first sweep of the vacuum, then the second picture is after we emptied the hands-free canister and did another pass. I was flabbergasted and mortified. That sorry vacuum I had before my Shark was banished to the corner. They were not lying when they said the Shark Rotator would get your carpets deeply cleaned. I can’t believe we’ve been walking, lying, and playing on such a dirty carpet!
One of the best features though, is the fact I’ll never have to purchase a new filter. I always hated that errand as I never bought the right size the first time. Now, I just pull out the HEPA filter, rinse it clean every three months, let it dry, and then pop it back in! A clean filter means a cleaner carpet and cleaner air for all of us!
Did I mention the headlights and how it purrs quietly like a kitten? I can clean in the dark in the middle of the night! Okay, not really, but between the lights and the swiveling head, I can clean easily under couches, ottomans, tables, and chairs or other places the sun doesn’t shine with ease. If I’m feeling really lazy or doing just a quick clean before company arrives, I can easily swivel the vacuum under and around my dining room chairs. It really is a glorious vacuum. I’m really looking forward to trying out all the features on the vacuum soon!
