That dreaded cellphone bill – most of us have one. I don’t know about you, but I literally cringe every time that I open mine up. That’s why I was excited to try Walmart Family Mobile a few months back. I thought that maybe, just maybe – it might save me some money. Well I thought right because it is far cheaper than my current service with most of the same perks. Unfortunately, I’m still under contract with another provider for a year; so my brother has that phone now instead.
Well the lovely Christy from Insanity Is Not an Option had some of those same feelings that I did, so she made the switch to Walmart Family Mobile as well. With each month, I find myself agreeing with B more and more. The cell service is great. The customer service is not. So am I doing myself any favors by sticking with this carrier? Surely I can find something better and I can even port my number. Everything else is on the rise but there are so many wireless providers out there, I was sure I could do better.
