How many of you are not getting enough sleep? If you are like me, I couldn’t raise my hand fast enough. I (and one of my daughters) was pretty excited to give the YouthPerfect? Spa Pillowcase a try. We got 2 YouthPerfect pillow cases, 1 Gel Cooling Eye Mask, 3 aromatherapy scents (Vanilla, Lavender and Eucalyptus), and 36 diffusion aromatherapy diffusion strips). My favorite is Vanilla and hers is Lavender.
We dripped our aromatherapy scents onto the diffusion strips, tucked the strips in their special little spot and got ready for bed. The pillowcase is so soft and silk-like. The pillowcase also has a cool gel pillow pad that naturally absorbs heat away from your face. I LOVE it. I am a hot sleeper, so I am in love with this side of the pillow. My daughter likes the other side of the pillowcase. She calls it the “cozy side.” She loves her pillowcase too!
The aromatherapy scents calmed me and I seem to fall right asleep. Lately, I wake up before my alarm goes off and I use to hit the snooze a few times.
