I’ve taken to baking a lot more. There is something about fresh bread and rolls for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that can help take a meal from good to great! You can control everything you put in and never have to worry about harsh chemicals or additives!
This Quick Rolls recipe is perfect for dinner rolls, sliders, hamburger rolls or whatever you want. My favorite part is the low rise time. If I find myself without rolls for dinner and not wanting to get everyone ready to a five minute trip to the store, I make these with the help of my munchkin.
Breakfast was looking lackluster this morning, since I was out of bread and happen to have five jars of homemade jelly on hand. I also was out of hamburger rolls for dinner. (What’s going on here?) So, I whipped these up and spread some raspberry jelly on top:
