Allergy season is upon us. We as adults can feel it, and sad to say more and more children are feeling the effects of allergies. How do you feel when your nose is stuffed up?  Just imagine how your young child may feel. Many children are unable to blow their noses, I have found this true of my kids.

I was able to try it out on my daughter. Our nightly routine came…bath, brush teeth, story, and finally nasal spray. “Oh no, not the dreaded nasal spay,” I thought to myself. I used Dr. Mazza’s suggestion of being slow and gentle.  As I laid her back, I  told her what to expect, she was fine with it that night, hopefully next time she’ll be just the same. Plus the smaller nasal tip helps tremendously! I didn’t feel like I was torturing her for once.
