Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and no doubt there are probably some of you that are scrambling around looking for last minute gift ideas for Mom. I decided to share with you some ideas that I had using Aveeno products, a brand I absolutely love! I’m currently working with them for the Baby Event and was coming up with some ideas for Baby Showers & Gifts and decided that many of their products would also make great Mother’s Day Gifts! Here are some ideas that you can use to dress up their products for Moms, all of which you can pick up last minute at shopping centers.
- The Expecting Mom: Pick up a few items from Aveeno Baby, the the Baby Calming Comfort Bath and Baby Calming Comfort Lotion. Place them in a small basket with a a few soft washcloths, a lullaby CD and an infant pajama set. It is a comfort gift, something soothing and relaxing for both Mom and Baby.
- The New Mom: Sad to say, but sometimes the greatest gift you can give a new Mom is a very long shower. Think about putting together a gift basket that offers her some relaxation with Aveeno Hair Products and Aveeno Positively Nourishing Comforting Whipped Souffle. You can add in a bath pillow, a cooling eye mask or even some little homemade cards from the kids for Mommy Time Out.
- The On-the-Go Mom: On-the-Go Moms need to put their feet up. After a long day it would be amazing to get a gift of Aveeno Skin Relief products in a nice basket with a card for a free foot massage. You can even add in some soothing teas and/or some mini bottles of wine!
- The Older Mom: As we grow older our hands begin to ache from having to endure the pain of holding on, protecting, letting go, work and sacrifice for our children. Offering a basket of Aveeno Daily Moisturizers, soft creams for aching hands, with little hand-prints from your children or bottles of pretty nail polish and/or a Mom/Grandma bracelet would be a nice touch. It is a way of saying thank you for always holding on and now there are hands here to hold you.
