My husband has really been getting into DIY projects ever since we purchased our home a little over a year ago. One of the things we’ve grown accustomed to when going into a project is the fact that afterwards there is bound to be paint that needs touching up or areas that need complete paint overs. And that is a little bit of a pain when working inside the house with a four year old who wants to get into everything! Handing him a paint brush comes with iffy results.

My husband had made this door to our fence a few weeks ago. He had painted it and then the big storm hit that went through the midwest and the winds damaged the wood.
