I like any other mother out there try and do my best when it comes to my children’s oral hygiene. I feel it is an important habit to start super young and one that has to be repeated every single day. Big Sis actually loves to brush her teeth but I will admit that I never set any sort of timer to make sure she was doing it long enough. Well FireFly has gone and taken all the guesswork out of it by putting a light up timer right on the brush. This is basically the PERFECT toothbrush!
I was always one to just use whatever toothpaste was out there. Well FireFly has taken it a step further and made a foaming toothpaste. Basically you pump it directly into the mouth and start brushing. This also means no more toothpaste all over your sink and counter tops. I can’t possibly be the only mom to have a preschooler that does this? This is basically the PERFECT toothpaste for toddlers and preschoolers!

I know that was a lot of information from the company but I think a lot of it is important and it tells you more in detail about the two different products. Big Sis loves the designs of the toothbrushes and she likes that the toothpaste has designs she loves too. She was easily able to start the toothbrush light up herself at 4.5 years old. I normally brush her teeth the first 30 seconds for each row and then let her do the 2nd set of 30 seconds for the second row of teeth. I just want to make sure they are good and clean and she is actually really great at brushing teeth so I want to make sure she does it every day to to get into a good habit.
Overall I was super impressed with the FireFly Ready Go Brush and the FireFly Foam Toothpaste. They are perfect for my 4.5 year old to use. Better yet is that Big Sis approves and actually enjoys using them. I am happy to be getting her into good teeth brushing habits early in life since this is a super important to her oral hygiene health.
