To savvy shoppers around the world, the name Tiny Prints stands for high quality photo cards, personalized stationery, trendsetting design and exceptional customer service. But to us, the name will always conjure up images of the adorable babies whose photos graced our first line of birth announcements, photo books and baby shower invitations. What was started by three friends with big dreams and a passion for beautiful paper has grown from a tiny, self-funded company specializing in unique baby stationery into a booming online destination for stylish stationery for every occasion.
I know it’s difficult for a lot of people to believe this, but it’s officially Spring! And Tiny Prints has been hard at work designing a new Spring line! They’re hoping that the new line will go above and beyond in inspiring you beyond stationary, but in your own personal style and even your home d?cor! To help those of you still blanketed in snow, I’m excited to share the top five design trends for Spring!
Chalkboard
A fun and unique design that has been gaining popularity in just about every home! From walls, to fridges, even table tops, everyone loves to color on chalkboards! Now you can use the same creativity when picking out Baby Shower invites and more! (How cute is that little chalk pacifier?)
Glitter
For Spring, don’t be afraid to add glitter for a sparkling accent! I’m pretty sure glitter runs in every little girls veins and never truly goes away! Tiny Prints offers Spring designs with just enough glitter to make a fun, but impressive statement! My favorite part? Most of the designs are just made to look like glitter, so nothing will flake off and diminish the look of your stationary!
Typography

Typography combines different styles of fonts to create unique and bold aesthetics. The same text line after line can be a bit boring, but tall letters followed by short script or any combination of difference is pleasing to the eye and fun. Personally, I’m much more likely to RSVP or send a letter back when something draws my eye to it! (I also blame ‘mom brain’ for that!)
Bright Colors
?Spring is all about bright, bold colors! It’s the perfect break from the bleak and muted colors of Winter. Add a burst of brightness with eye catching, bold colors for invitations and Graduation announcements! This is probably my favorite trend for Spring!
Artistic Techniques
Spring is the perfect time to experiment with different textures and artistic techniques. You can do this with layering transparencies or watercolor to add detail and depth.
