Winter is upon us and while we haven’t gotten much for snow so far, it has been bitter cold here in Wisconsin. I’m sure there is a ton of snow to come, since our Winter has been quite mild so far. Now getting rid of all of that snow can be an issue! Good thing Snow Joe has lots of great products for snow removal!
The Snow Joe Snow Broom comes equipped with an ice scraper and telescoping handle to make removing snow from your car a breeze. I can’t tell you how many times I haven’t been able to reach far enough with the typical snow brooms. That’s not an issue with the Snow Broom. The foam head is also safe on cars, so you don’t have to worry about scratches.
The handle detaches and fits right into the broom head to make storage or keeping it in your car so much easier. When you want to use it, just screw in the handle and adjust it to fit your reach.
As I mentioned, we haven’t had much snow yet this year. I hadn’t had a chance to use my broom much and I certainly wasn’t able to get any photos. Until yesterday, when we finally got a whole 2 inches of snow! 2 inches was enough to finally put the Snow Broom to the test though!
Lil Man decided that he wanted to try it to see if he could brush off the hood and windshield of the car. It’s seems like an easy task, but with his height nearly impossible with our other snow removers. I always ended up stretching to do the middle where he couldn’t reach.
So this time, we put the Snow Joe Snow Broom to the test, to see if he could do it. He got the hood fine, but I wanted to see the windshield results.
I was quite surprised when he took the first swipe and made it far past the middle of the windshield. He didn’t even have to stretch! One swipe back and forth got almost all of the snow off of the windshield! I have never had that happen before, so the Snow Broom made me quite impressed!
Once he was done with the Blazer, he cleaned off my brother’s car too. What a sweetheart!
I would definitely recommend the Snow Broom to anyone who lives in a snowy region. The capabilities and convenience just blows me away. I even tried it on our truck that has a 2 inch lift. This truck is so tall, that I have to step on the rail and pull myself into it! I was able to clear the entire windshield in no time, without having to stand on my tippy toes to reach. Let’s just say that I was impressed!
