With all of these boys in our house, action and play are constant around here. They love to be outdoors, riding bikes, skateboards, scooters, you name it. The big boys got their first big toys this year, 4 wheelers. They love to ride and have fun with their friends.
Lil Man and Big Bro got lucky this year for Christmas and got a little 80cc dirt bike. Much to my dismay as the overprotective mom that I am, the hubby finally talked me into it. The looks on their faces was so worth it though and they’ve had fun riding since then. I thought that would be the perfect opportunity to use the Action Shot Camera!
We set the camera up and let them each take a ride so that the camera could show them in action. They were super excited to ride of course, and they were looking forward to checking out the video afterward!
Our first video showed all of the action packed fun, just as they saw it while riding. However, we attached the camera sideways so the entire video ended up sideways. With the craziness that was Christmas for us, I had to wait until another day to take some more video footage.
After messing around with it some more, I realized that you can twist the camera around while in the case so that no matter which way you mount it, the camera can record the correct way. Lesson one learned!
We mounted the camera and Big Bro set out to take another ride. Of course he wasn’t complaining, because he always wants to ride! Check out the video below!
So what did we think after seeing the video of all the fun in action? I think it turned out great! The video quality was great and so was the sound. It was like you were right there, seeing it firsthand for yourself. I can see lots of videos in the making soon.
Just a handful of the things this video camera will be used for is recording their tricks on their bicycles, riding four wheelers/dirt bikes, snowboarding/sledding and countless more fun stuff. You can even purchase a waterproof case separately so I can see lots of water sports activities once Summer makes its presence again!
The Deluxe Mounting Kit comes with extra mounting tools so that you can mount to different things and a small drawstring bag so that you can keep all of the stuff stored safely.
Our family is rather excited to start taking more videos. With all of the extreme sports these guys do, I’m sure they’ll get some great footage with our Action Shot Camera!
