This whimsical book is absolutely perfect to read during the Holiday Season. I always enjoy a book that changes things up a bit and tells the story from a different angle and with this book it focuses on the obvious from title, Mrs. Claus. The whole book is hilariously adorable and my only wish is that it was a little bit longer, I didn’t want it to end!

The watercolor illustrations are just amazing and even more vivid in person. With children’s books the illustrations are just as important as the story itself. Check out this page from the book in my picture below.

About the Authors:

Jeannie Schick-Jacobowitz and Susie Schick-Pierce are sisters who collaborate and a powerful creative team,along with Jeannie’s daughter Muffin Drake. The three have collaborated on numerous mini-books and gift books, which have sold hundreds of thousands of copies. Jeannie lives in New Jersey and Washington. Susie has two sons, three grandchildren, and lives with her husband Garrett.

This is the perfect book to add to your Christmas book collection. My 4 year old thought it was super cute and funny. Every year come Christmas time I will be getting this book out to add a little humor and perspective on the other side of things with the help of Mrs. Claus. I think a Mom can especially enjoy this as more often than not our daily work goes unnoticed.

Overall an adorable Children’s Book that should be read every year at Christmas Time!?
