Knit Babies is a small, husband & wife home-based online store created in 2011 that sells crocheted/knitted beanies for newborns and toddlers. Our hats are hand-made and we personally select each and every design from the hard working people who make them. We even design and make some our own. We offer superior quality, low-price dominance in our market, and caring, personal service. We pack each and every order personally – we don’t outsource the order packing process and we take pride in our personal oversight of the fulfillment process.

Our little Ellie is quite the little fashionista. Since she was a few weeks old, she’s been known to don a tutu, cute hat, and even some nail polish on her itty bitty toes. Now that things are cooling off around here as fall and winter approach, I like to make sure that her cute little hairless head stays warm and to do this, I spend a lot of money on cute little hand made hats for her since everyone else already has some.
Ellie already has a sock monkey, owl, snowman, and a Green Bay Packer knit hat. The latest addition to her collection is the crocheted White Lamb Chop hat from Knit Babies.
As you can see, she is quite the fan!
This hat really came in handy these last few nights when we were out running errands, and she was fighting a cold as we’ve been experiencing some cooler temps in the evening hours.
When we received this hat, I was very impressed with the quality of it. Usually hand made hats are not heavy nor do they offer a lot of protection from the cold, but this hat uses a heavier yarn making it a great hat to wear during a cold Wisconsin winter and I do need to worry that her cute little head will get cold!
I was also pleased that the hat fit her so well and didn’t slide around like other hats we have purchased.
