If you’re a regular here, then you’ve seen a number of SONIC Drive-In promotions here. It’s one of our favorite restaurants and I absolutely love to work with them. That’s why I’m so excited to share their newest menu additions with you!

For a limited time, SONIC Drive-In has added 3 great new menu items that you’ll be flipping over!

Wholly Guacamole? Dog ? A grilled premium beef hot dog topped with Wholly Guacamole brand guacamole, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, jalape?os, onion and finished with zesty cheese sauce in a warm, poppy seed bun.
Fritos? Chili Cheese Coney ? A grilled premium beef hot dog topped with warm chili, chili cheese Fritos, shredded cheddar cheese, onion and mustard in a warm bun.
Island Breeze Slush ? An icy, tropical blend of pi?a colada slush and real fruit. Available in your choice of strawberry or pineapple.

This past 4th of July, we headed to our old neighborhood for our traditional celebration and fireworks. While it was over 100 degrees, the whole family still had a great time! Since it was a late night and we had the kids, we all crashed at a friend’s house for the night instead of making the long journey home.

Before heading home the next day, The Man and I drove down the road and grabbed some SONIC for everyone for lunch. Our friend had never tried SONIC before, even though it’s only a few blocks from his house. I couldn’t believe it! I just knew he’d love their food and suggested the SONIC Bacon Cheeseburger for this first-timer. Oh, and of course the Chili Cheese Tots to go with! It was love at first bite for him and he couldn’t believe how large and filling their burgers were!

The Man tried the Wholly Guacamole? Dog and said it was quite delicious. He will definitely be headed back for another before the promotion ends. I am a big fan of the Chili Cheese Coney, so I tried the Fritos? Chili Cheese Coney and was definitely wowed. It was every bite of the yumminess I expected it to be! I also ordered a Strawberry Island Breeze Slush and it was absolutely delicious! Next time, I’m going to try the Pineapple one!
