I forgot all about Flower Friday last week. I even meant to post late.. but I forgot! I have two weeks of wedding planning left until my big day, so I totally blame that. Oh, and yes, the holiday. We went to see fireworks on the 3rd and then spent the entire 4th at the park. The heat was insane! We haven’t had rain forever and it’s been in the upper 90’s – lower hundreds for over a week. My flowers are wilting like you wouldn’t believe. My grass is brown and starving. We try to water, but it only helps so much with no real rainfall. I hope it rains soon and mother nature doesn’t decide to let it pour on my wedding day and rain on my parade. Knowing my luck, that’s what will happen. But I assure you, I wouldn’t let that get me down and I’s still marry my best friend, right there in the rain! It would be memorable for sure!
So, without further ado and blabbering from me, here are the photos I took for last week’s “Flower Friday”. Hopefully next week, I’ll have some more for you and they won’t all be dead!
