I used the Bread Board With Bamboo Handle Knife for the first time a few days ago when we had Goulash for dinner. I have this thing where I absolutely have to serve Goulash, Chili, Spaghetti {anything with tomato sauce or juice really} with French or Italian bread from the bakery. So I started slicing up the bread and it was so much different than even using a cutting board {when I actually did, not often!}. The slots not only caught the crumbs inside the tray, but I think it made slicing the bread just that much easier. When I was done, I simply took the slotted piece off and dumped the tray!
Overall, I really love the Bread Board With Bamboo Handle Knife and can’t believe that I’ve spent my whole time cooking without one thus far. It really makes the job so much easier!
Core Bamboo has a huge variety of really beautiful things for your home and kitchen. I came across the Aztec Square Bowl and was completely intrigued by the design. It is absolutely gorgeous! I could definitely see a bowl like this sitting on out counter holding all of our fruit.
