Cutey is a newer company on the Jewelry front, established in 2011 with the goal to provide the world with stylish, quality and easily customizable jewelry. On the front page of their simple, yet elegant webpage (my personal favorite style, simple elegance always seems the best choice) they state the following about themselves and their products,”We?re sure you?ll find a bauble here which will make your heart sing, one that your fingers will long to twiddle with and which will start more than a few conversations.”
Each bracelet in their line is based on a single idea. Take for example the bracelet I received, Philotes. The description states: “A Greek Goddess of affection, this piece is perfect for the favourite woman in your life. Yourself, your mama, sister, aunt, Bridesmaid, friend or Grandma, it expresses the joy of being female with a riot of pink and a filthy giggle. A truly happy bracelet.” It truly is darling, featuring shining stars and a purse of course!
I found the bracelet to be very nice. The style is similar to other charm bracelets on the market, but the price point is so much better than the rest, for a very similar product. I like that they offer, fun themed bracelets without charging the high prices for each charm. The bracelet arrives complete and ready to wear, all for around $20 (before shipping). A Cutey bracelet would make a great birthday gift for a friend or even a fun teacher’s end of year gift (Perhaps Oizys, as it represents remembrance, memory and wisdom…all things that seem to point towards the lessons learned from a wonderful teacher)
