About Bamboo Fiber Hooded Bathrobe

My Opinion
I was sent a chocolate brown, hooded bamboo fiber bathrobe for review. This is a great bathrobe. It is soft and supple, extremely absorbent, fast drying and lightweight. I have never had a hooded bathrobe before and I really like it. After initially towel drying my tresses, the hood sufficiently replaced my normal ?towel turban?. I should mention though, I do have chin length, curly hair. I also derived great pleasure coming down the hallway pretending to be a boxer coming to the ring for the main event! I made the kids sing ?Eye of Tiger?. I have to admit, before this review I did not know much about bamboo fabric. Wow, have my eyes been opened! Did you know that when bamboo is harvested none of the roots are disturbed? Me neither, it’s cut like grass and regenerates very quickly. This means it is grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides. Or that it yields a more porous yarn, allowing it to absorb dye faster. I know, right! This means greater depth of color and more vibrant hues can be achieved while using less chemicals in the dying process. Count me as a convert, I am ready to try bamboo bed sheets, towels and t-shirts now!
