“Cheesecake. Not a bad way to bond. And like friends who sit down with a couple of slices, this is the place where we get to know each other better. We’ve got answers to questions, a little bit about the quality we put into each cheesecake, history on our restuarant, and the history of how all this cheesecake-mania got started. Using the navigation above, take some time to learn a little About Eli’s Cheesecake!”
I love cheesecake. It is by far my absolute favorite dessert. My very first time trying Eli’s Cheesecake was about a year ad a half or so ago and I was hooked on my very first bite. When they contacted me to include Eli’s Cheesecake in our gift guide, of course I said yes right away. I was so excited to share this delicious brand with all of you!
I received the Red Velvet Cheesecake from Eli’s Cheesecake to try out with my family. I was quite impressed with the size when I opened up the box. It had 14 decent size pieces in it.
“Eli’s redefines this southern classic! A moist and subtle cocoa-flavored red velvet cake, a layer of rich and creamy red velvet cheesecake and fluffy vanilla mousse with a dusting of red velvet cake crumbs makes this beauty a triple threat.”
I took my first bite, and I was hooked immediately. The blend of red velvet cake, cheesecake and vanilla mousse were absolutely divine. It surpassed my expectations as well as those of my family’s.
Eli’s Cheesecakes are great for a regular dessert or a special occasion. As big as it is, it’s perfect to bring along to share at a holiday family gathering!
