My kids and I enjoy playing games together. Sometimes we can even get the bigger kids in on our fun, which is great! When I went to New York in September, I was able to check out some new things from Asmodee. I played a quick round of Jungle Speed with one of the reps at the table and then I actually got to bring one home and my family was able to try it out!
Your keen eye and swift hand will win the day, if you can stop laughing long enough to catch your breath.Jungle Speed seems simple enough, and everyone can be playing minutes after you deal out the cards. But once you start playing, the chaotic action will take all your concentration. Fifteen minutes later, the game will be over and you can all pause for air ? but that just leaves you time to play again!
Jungle Speed is a fast action game that will keep you on your toes trying to grab the totem in time. The kids and I were the first to check it out and we had a blast! In the rules it mentions something about “not acting like a lunatic” so when my son did something, I read the rules and stressed that part. He got a little {actually really!} mad at me because he thought I was actually calling him a lunatic. Of course I explained that I was just reading the rules and I would never say such a thing for real!
The rest of the fam has played with us on occasion and it is quite fun. I’ve gotten pretty good and win quite often. Of course when it’s just my two boys and I, sometimes I slack a little so that they can win. My youngest has a bit of an issue of being a sore loser.
Jungle Speed is an awesome game for the whole family to play together and I highly suggest this gets added to every Christmas list this holiday season. I haven’t played a game this fun in years!
