Shout Factory has released the entire collection of Casper the Friendly Ghost cartoons in DVD format! While? they were re-runs at the time, I remember watching Casper cartoons when I was young and loved the sweet Casper who just wanted to have friends. Having my own children now, I enjoy introducing them to characters and toys that I enjoyed as a child, so when I had the opportunity to share Casper with them, I was thrilled.?

The 3-DVD set includes all episodes (81 episodes spanning almost 20 years of theatrical shorts and the 1963 television series) of Casper as well as a booklet insert that shares the history of the Casper cartoons and comic books. It was fun to learn a little more about this fun character while we watched his adventures.?
This DVD set would make a great gift for anyone on your list, from young to old. It will bring back childhood memories for those that grew up with Casper and he will be sure to charm a whole new generation of children.
