The Time to Play Holiday Showcase in NYC was so much fun! I had so much fun in fact, that I am still catching up. It was totally worth it though! If you haven’t already, I’d love for you to take a moment and check out my first post so that you can see which toys made the list! There’s some pretty awesome ones, sure to be topping many wish lists this holiday season!
One of the absolutely amazing things about the event was the Gifting Suite! I was amazed at how many companies were handing out toys and how much stuff I ended up with. So I just want to take a moment to reflect on that and share some of my swag with you as well as return some love to a handful of those amazing companies and brands! Below is a photo of my boys with all of the swag that was able to fit into my suitcase. That was about half of it, so you guessed it. There will be another post coming up featuring more swag!
My kids were so excited when I opened up my suitcase to show them some of the awesome toys I was able to bring home. They were literally like kids in a candy store; or more on point, like kids in a toy store! Although getting them to pose for the picture was pretty hard because they were expressing their excitement in the silliest of ways! Below is a video I took and that’s not much better! I would have loved to share the whole thing; but there was so much silliness in it, I would have embarrassed them like crazy!
I know it’s a very short video, but I do hope that you can appreciate their excitement! So without further ado, I’ll share with you some of the toys I was able to take home!

I actually played this at the event and it was such fun! Now my kids and I have played a few times and they enjoy it too!

I was so excited to see HEXBUG there as they are definitely in my family’s top 10 toys! They’ll be in our stockings this year!

With a virtual world, magazines, trading cards, video games and figurines, there’s something for every kid!

I saw these fun toys in action and I was quite impressed! I’ll definitely grab some for my kids.
