I am so excited to join the fabulous ladies here at Outnumbered 3 to 1. My name is Christine and I will be sharing fitness related tips with you every Friday. I want to help inspire you to add a fitness routine to your life. For the eight years I spent having my five babies (seen over there on the right hand side, aren’t they cute?), I went without a fitness routine, and it carried over into so many aspects of my life. I was tired all the time, I had lower self esteem and I was simply unhealthy. Today, while I can’t say that I am model thin or that I eat perfectly healthy meals all the time, I can celebrate the fact that I am now a fit mom. I can chase after my children without being winded. I have run a half marathon, several shorter road races and four overnight running relays (the photo below is from last year’s Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay, an amazing race). These are things I simply could not have done several years ago.

Over the next several weeks, I will be sharing ways to implement a fitness routine into your life. I will also be sharing products that help make fitness more fun, easier, or more comfortable (and of course stylish!).
