You can’t have a summer without BBQ, the two go together hand & hand. Ever since I was a little girl the summer air has been filled with the scent of burning charcoal briquettes, woodsmoke and the sound of hearty laughter from the man behind the magic pit. Although ages ago it would have been my grand-father, it has been my Step-Dad all of these years that have passed the memory to my children.
