I may not be a total girl girl at heart, but I enjoy my chick flicks. After all, I do dream of everlasting, unconditional and uncontrollable love.
I honestly had mixed feelings about Waiting for Forever at first. It seemed really strange and stalkerish at first, when Will was kind of lurking in the shadows. I ended up falling asleep somewhere around the middle of the movie the first time I watched it.
A couple of days later, after I had finally watched the entirety of the movie, I had a whole new take on it. Waiting for Forever is definitely one of those flicks that you have to watch the whole movie to really understand.
Will is in a sense, still a young boy at heart. he never fully grew up and lived in what you and I would consider the “real world’. It took realizing that to figure out that he wasn’t really a stalker, that he was just a young boy who never really fell out of love with his childhood sweetheart. This is definitely a film you have to watch all in one shot to understand where the story is really going. In the end, it was a classic love story and I loved every minute of it!
