I have been plagued with terrible PMS from my very first menstrual cycle so many years ago. When I was young and would tell my friends how terrible it was; between the awful cramps, bloating and raging hormones my friends would just look at me dumbfounded. My closest friends were all blessed with light periods and very little to no PMS symptoms. I used to think that maybe mine would get better with age but I have had no such luck. As the years have passed it has only gotten worse and when I think “this is the worse it can get”, I am always proven wrong.

I started using the Equigest Progesterone Balancing Cream, Meno-Herbs with Red Clover supplement and the Meno-Herbs 2 supplement right away. As I neared my menstrual cycle I noticed the crazy up and down circus that is normally my hormones had calmed down some and I didn’t feel like there wasn’t such a broad difference on the hormone level spectrum. My Raging hormones had actually been tamed a bit and I didn’t feel so emotional like I normally do.
I typically can literally feel my fluctuating hormones in both the way I feel physically and emotionally. I get moody, emotional, bloated and tender breasts.
