“We have been connecting consumers with fresh-from-the-field flowers since 1998. It’s no wonder that ProFlowers has led the industry in providing a 7 day freshness guarantee on each and every order.“
I was so excited when I heard from ProFlowers and they wanted me to do a Valentine’s Day review and giveaway. I knew you guys would love it!
But, I do admit to thinking to myself “Yay, flowers!” You see, I never get flowers. I don’t think my guy has a romantic bone in his body. I can’t complain though. He’s great in other ways.
After I got the initial email, I entered ProFlowers site to shop. I browsed and browsed forever, unable to decide which flowers I wanted. I finally chose the Two Dozen Assorted Long Stemmed Valentine’s Roses because I thought two dozen roses together would be just beautiful!
I was able to choose my delivery date, which I made for two days later because I just couldn’t wait to get the flowers. I thought that was really nice because some other places can take up to a week.
I did have a minor issue when my flowers arrived. Three of the flower buds were broken right off the stems. I took pictured, contacted my rep and she got in touch with ProFlowers. They told her they would take care of everything and would send me new flowers. So I got in touch with customer service and after a few minutes on the phone, I was assured that new flowers would be here soon!
I really didn’t expect them to send me new flowers, so I thought that was really above and beyond of them. ProFlowers has wonderful customer service, and I appreciate that very much as a consumer. Honestly, there are some places that I won’t shop because of poor customer service. I definitely give them two thumbs up in how they handled my situation.
Below is a picture of the gorgeous flowers that just arrived this evening. They were all perfect and every bud/stem was in tact. They’re a little closed up, but that’s because we just for almost two feet of snow dumped on us and it’s freezing here! They were delivered by UPS, so they may have been on the truck all day.
