An all-star cast, including Owen Wilson, George Lopez, Kiefer Sutherland and Fergie, lend their voices to this doggone funny comedy starring the world’s most lovable Great Dane. When Marmaduke (Wilson) moves to a new neighborhood with his family, the super-sized teenage dog soon discovers he just doesn’t fit in – literally! But, with the help of his best pal Carlos the Cat (Lopez) and some newfound four-legged friends, Marmaduke may just get out of the doghouse, fall in love and surf off into the sunset.
I saw the previews for Marmaduke and I couldn’t wait to see it. Owen Wilson is hilarious and one of my favorite actors. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie he’s starred in that didn’t have me rolling with laughter!
Marmaduke was definitely no exception to that and my laughter was nonstop! That, and the laughter of the kids. You know how kids get laughing so hard that they just can’t stop and can’t control themselves? Yep, that’s what it was like in my house!
When asked what they liked about Marmaduke, this is what the kids had to say:
- Big Bro – Everything!
- Lil Man – It was funny.
Favorite part {for both boys} – When he was surfing.
I have to say, that surfing part definitely was priceless! That poor dog didn’t even know what hit him! We all really enjoyed Marmaduke. It was one of the funniest family movies we’ve seen this year. We definitely recommend it for a Family Movie Night!
