As mothers, we all know that Zhu Zhu Pets are all the rage right now. Kids everywhere just adore these furry little creatures that act and look just like real hamsters, but without the mess! I’ll take no mess over a mess any day, so I’m all for these fun little friends!

Serge to test the ultimate question: WHICH ZHU ARE YOU?”
My family and friends were lucky enough to go to one of these special events! We headed out to Summerfest in Milwaukee on June 28th for some fun in the sun. The Zhu-niverse Tour was there with all sorts of fun things for the kids to do.
Of course, the kids had to do some practicing before they went up on stage and danced in front of all those people! We were sent a practice video, a pizza hut gift card, a Zhu Zhu pet and some gear to help make our party rock. The kids had so much fun practicing, especially the girls.
When we got to the event at Summerfest, we were amazed at how much fun stuff there was for the kids to do. There were tubes for them to crawl through, a hamster wheel to spin around in, obstacle courses, tables full of Zhu Zhu pet tracks and accessories and quite a few Nintendo DS to play with! It was totally “Kid Heaven” and they all had so much fun!
The kids were so excited and nervous at the same time about going up on stage. Vince Tuley was such a big help though and he helped the kids get in the groove. He stood up there guiding them the whole time and even invited more kids up on the stage. You can see what a great time they had dancing in the photo collage to the left. After they were all done, he gave them a bunch of stickers and a Zhu Zhu Pets napsack. They were thrilled!

The Zhu-niverse Tour will be going on all summer long in cities across the country until October 10th. Check out the Zhu-niverse Tour dates to see where they’ll be next! If you have a chance to get out to one of the events, I definitely encourage you to do so. it’s really a lot of fun for the whole family!
