If you’re a regular reader of my blog, then you know how much I love Things Remembered. I have done a number of reviews for different products of theirs, but I was a fan way before I started blogging. I have always walked into the store every time I go to the mall, even if it’s just to browse around. Things Remembered has some of the most precious gifts and they can all be engraved. Sometimes there is just nothing more special than a personalized gift.

We love to cook out on the grill and I will admit, the man does most of the cooking out there. The grill is one of his little toys. Sometimes I’m surprised he doesn’t go out there and spit shine it! The package arrived on a day that he was home. I knew what it was right away and he was just itching to find out what it was. I made him leave the room so I could open it up and check it out, which I’m surprised he actually did.
The kids came home, I showed them and they thought it was the coolest thing ever! The especially loved the engraving on it. Lil Man loves meat, any kind of meat. He always asks what’s for dinner and if it’s meat. I thought it would be fitting to have it engraved with “Make us some meat dad! ~ Love Cameron and Parker”.
This was going to be his Father’s Day present, but we caved. After only a few short days of it sitting here, they gave it to him. He opened it up and we could tell right away that we found the perfect gift. He loved it. He loved the tools, the nice sturdy case they came in and especially the engraving. He really liked the rubber basting brush because he makes such a mess with other bristle ones when he’s doing bbq chicken or something.
