I spend a good amount of time in my kitchen. I am always cooking or preparing something. Naturally, I am often on the lookout for products to make my kitchen time easier.

I had a chance to try the ceramic knife pictured above and I’ve got to say, that baby is sharp! It cuts through fruits, veggies and even meat with total ease. I’m sure it could cut through a whole lot more too, but I prefer to keep this one just for my kitchen! It’s definitely my favorite chopping knife.
I love the fact that they stay sharp up to 10 times longer than classic steel blade knives because I get awfully sick of constantly having to sharpen knives. The way my luck is, my knives always seem to dull when I’m preparing an important meal, or food for a cook out; when I have no extra time on my hands.
The knife comes with a protective cover too, so I don’t have to worry about the kids hurting themselves when they go in the drawer, as long as I have that cover on it. It is a bit pricey, but if you go through knives the way I do then it’s totally worth it.
