It’s supposed to be spring, but looking outside my house in Wisconsin, you surely can’t tell. I’ve been waiting and waiting to see signs of life in my gardens, but then snow decided to hit once again. So since I can’t seem to get any flowers growing out there, I thought I’d bring some inside. That’s when I got the inspiration for this easy DIY daisy mason jar vase that screams spring and sunshine. Stampin’ Up provided me with the supplies for this project, but as always, opinions are my own.
This easy DIY daisy mason jar vase is simple to make and is even a project that the kids can help with. In fact, it would make a perfect Mother’s Day gift, filled with fresh daisies!

Step 1. Start by stamping the daisies. Use brown ink on the yellow paper and yellow ink on the white paper.
Step 2. Punch out the daisies. Then use the Bone Folder to smooth out the flowers, for easier application to the mason jars.
Step 3. Attach the daisies to the mason jar. You can do this a couple of different ways. I attached a?Mini Glue Dot to the back of each and glued them to the jar. This made it easier for me to arrange them exactly how I wanted my pattern to be. You can also apply a coat of Mod Podge, then put the dailies on top of it.
Once the daisies are all placed, apply a coat of Mod Podge over them. You may want to repeat this step, if needed.
Step 4. Attach the?Gold Faceted Gems to the middle of each daisy. These are sticky on the the back, so you can just stick them right on.
Step 5. Lastly, tie a piece of Daffodil Delight 1/4″ Double-Stitched Ribbon around the top of the jar. I used Glue Dots to keep mine in place.
Fill with water, add some yellow or white daisies and gift it to someone you adore, or find the perfect place to display it in your home!
