Did you know that May is Better Sleep Month Lately I have not been sleeping well, and I have been waking up with my neck hurting. That’s why I was excited to try the Therapedic TruCool Side Sleeper Pillow. It provides medium support for moderate level of support to align the spine; ideal for side sleepers like me. I have really enjoyed trying the Therapedic TruCool Side Sleeper Pillow not only is it great for sleeping, but also for resting propped up in bed. At night when the children are asleep, I sit propped up in bed to watch television so I can unwind. I love how the memory foam pillow contours to my head.
Typically I use multiple pillows at night, but now I only use my Therapedic TruCool Pillow. It has a 2″ mesh gusset design that is a perfect thickness for a side sleeper like me, but it is also comfortable for an occasional back sleeper. TruCool’s pressure-relieving memory foam is so comfortable that my neck has not hurt since I have been using it. It has greater airflow and cooling technology for a deep sleep while it neutralizes odor for fresh sleep. Another great feature of this pillow is that it is Hypoallergenic and with all the allergies of this household it’s great to know that even my head is protected.
Therapedic TruCool Pillow is made of 100% visco elastic foam combined with 53% polyester and it is machine washable. This pillow’s measurements are 22″ L x 16″ W. It is slightly shorter in length than the rest of my pillows, but it works out even better for me so that it stays within my personal sleeping space. Therapedic TruCool Side Sleeper Pillow is made in the USA and comes with a five year limited manufacturer’s warranty. What more do you need to know This is the perfect pillow for anyone that is a side sleeper.
Few simple tips to help make the best pillow decision:
- Choose a pillow, whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach that suites your needs. This will help to avoid massive headaches, neck pain and provide comfort throughout the night no matter how much you move or dont move.
- If you sleep on your back choose a pillow that is thinner. This prevents your head from being too far forward.
- If youre a side sleeper choose a firm pillow so the distance between your ear and outside shoulder is filled.
- You may not need a pillow if you sleep on your stomach. However, tucking one between you and the mattress can help avoid lower back pain.
