I love the warm, soft glow of my salt lamp. It bathes the room in a candlelit type light, without the flicker of the flame. We leave ours on all day and shut it off when we go to sleep to get the full benefits of the ions. It does take some time to warm up, because the bulb is so small. It is easy to clean I simply wipe it off with a soft cloth to remove any dust.
I found HimalayanSaltShop.com to be easy to navigate, straight forward and very informative. But most of all I found the prices reasonable, a 9-11 lb. Himalayan Salt Lamp like I received is only $34.99 right now. I really, really want some of the candle holders. I think they are gorgeous and the Natural Shape Salt Candle Holder (my fave) are only $9.99 each. Can you say Christmas gifts? So, I love my lamp, the company and website and see myself doing more business with them in the future.
