Summer time is fast approaching and that means my family and I will be spending more and more time outdoors. We’ll be having fun and relaxing in the sun. The summer heat will get to us and we’ll be in search of a refreshing summer treat, ice cream!
The Ice Cream truck has already started rolling by our house and of course the kids always have their hand out asking for money to get something. At $2-$5 per treat, that gets pretty costly for us. That darn man robs me blind every summer.
I’m going to outsmart him this year though and make sure my freezer is stocked with tasty ice cream treats. I think as long as I can keep my freezer stocked with items like Nestle Drum Sticks, then I’ll be good to go. Maybe, just maybe the kids will dig in the freezer instead of wanting to go spend all of our hard earned cash.
