In my attempt to do 100 things at one time, I swear I read the conditioner was a leave in (that is my story and I am sticking to it). So I washed the girls hair one night and put the conditioner in both their hair after they got out of the tub. They didn’t like the smell (wild mint) for about 2 seconds then it was great (I loved the smell). I dried their hair and ooh and aah over how soft it felt. The next morning I decided to try it instead of my normal product I use on my hair once I am out of the shower. I must say it was okay, but it was after I dried and styled my hair did I realize it was just a tiny bit heavy (I have very thick hair). I picked up the bottle to exam it again….conditioner is to be rinsed out. DUH! Like I said, no one idea why I thought it was a leave-in conditioner.
Testing Ottilie & Lulu, Take 2….This is such an awesome product. The smell is absolutely refresening when put in wet hair and rinsed(!). The steam from the shower mixed with the wild mint awakens (but in a calm way) everything. My girls loved it too (not as strong when used in the shower for some reason, must be the steam). When rinsed(!) it leaves your hair so silky and smooth with no heavy residue. I put nothing else in the girls hair and was able to brush their hair without a fight and tears. After blow drying, their hair had a beautiful shine and was so soft and manageable. I used it as well, and LOVED it. I flat iron my hair and didn’t need any other products in my hair. I also loved the very slight hint of wild mint when I kissed the girls!
I love facial wipes. I use them all the time (great for traveling too). My girls thought it was wonderful to have wipes made just for them. They don’t mind “washing their face” anymore. It was always such a struggle, not to mention the mess that they left behind. Of course, I had to use them too – LOVED them. I didn’t feel they were too strong or too mild to clean my face. The rosewater sent – LOVELY! I even used them to wipe away eye make-up. They are very portable and the girls used them after softball games when they have sweat dripping down their faces.
My question to Deborah…..when are you going to make a line of products for tween boys? My son would love his own products!
