Teriyaki Chicken & Rice Casserole Recipe

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast,
  • 1 bag stir fry vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 package Uncle Ben's Ready rice Teriyaki Style
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  1. Cut chicken into ½ inc h cubes and cook completely.
  2. Drain any liquid from pan, add vegetables and teriyaki sauce, simmer for about 5-10 minutes, stirring ocassionally
  3. Cook rice according to package directions, dump into casserole dish
  4. Add chicken and vegetables, stir well
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
