Chocolate Shamrock Pretzels
  • 36 mini pretzels
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • Green candy melts or green sprinkles
  • Green licorice, cut into 1" strips
  1. Dip pretzels into melted milk chocolate. Arrange three milk chocolate covered pretzels into a shamrock shape on waxed paper. Spread a small amount of melted milk chocolate to the top of a piece of licorice. Add the licorice to the bottom of the pretzels, making sure it touches. Add sprinkles immediately. Allow to harden in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes. Remove from freezer and drizzle with melted green candy melts, if using. Makes 12 pretzel shamrocks.
