Ingredients
  • ½ Bag (7oz) of Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
  • 7 oz (1/2 package) Niman Ranch Pulled Pork
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 3 oz Black beans
  • 1 Roma tomato (diced)
  • 1 Avocado (diced)
  • ¼ cup Sliced jalapenos (jarred)
  • 4 oz sour cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375.
  2. Heat the Niman Ranch Pulled Pork according to package directions.
  3. Chop your tomato and avocado.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and line with a single layer of tortilla chips.
  5. Once Niman Ranch Pulled Pork is done cooking, drop by spoonful onto tortilla chips.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese onto tortilla chips, and layer black beans, tomato, avocado and jalapenos.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and top with sour cream.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
