BBQ Pork Loaded Nachos Recipe

- ½ Bag (7oz) of Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
- 7 oz (1/2 package) Niman Ranch Pulled Pork
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3 oz Black beans
- 1 Roma tomato (diced)
- 1 Avocado (diced)
- ¼ cup Sliced jalapenos (jarred)
- 4 oz sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 375.
- Heat the Niman Ranch Pulled Pork according to package directions.
- Chop your tomato and avocado.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and line with a single layer of tortilla chips.
- Once Niman Ranch Pulled Pork is done cooking, drop by spoonful onto tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese onto tortilla chips, and layer black beans, tomato, avocado and jalapenos.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
