Best Avocado Dip

Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 5 oz package of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • freshly chopped chives (optional, for garnishment)
  1. Slice the avocados, remove the pit and scoop the fruit out of its shell into a bowl. Mash well with a fork.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the seasonings.
  4. Stir ingredients together, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Scoop into a serving dish, and top with chopped chives (optional).
