This Greek Pasta Salad is simple to make, delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
  • ½ box Bow Tie pasta noodles
  • 1 cucumber - sliced and halved
  • 2 Roma tomatoes - diced into large chunks
  • ½ red onion - diced into large slices
  • 1 can Reese Sliced Hearts of Palm
  • ½ can Reese Artichoke Hearts
  • ½ cup Feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Boil and drain noodles, place in large bowl and cool
  2. Mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper well, pour over noodles and stir well.
  3. Add all other ingredients, stir well and chill for 3 hours.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
