I’m sharing these?Gifts that Give Back in partnership with World Vision. I’ve received samples, but all opinion are my own.
When the holidays draw near, people open their hearts; to love, to giving and to overall reflect on the blessings that the last year has brought to their lives. Many of us are very blessed in this life but sadly, the same isn’t true for some people and that’s why I’m sharing these gifts that give back, to show you how you can purchase gifts for those you love, while also giving to someone in need.
Gifts that Give Back
World Vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization?who tackles the causes of poverty and injustice by partnering?with children, families, and their communities to reach their full potential. Through their 2016 World Vision Gift Catalog, you can purchase gifts for your loved ones while giving to those in need at the same time.
For instance, my making?a $65 or larger donation, you can receive the Tree of Life Votive Holder. It’s like two gifts in one because you’re donating to a great cause, while receiving a handcrafted gift to give to a loved one, or keep for yourself. The same is true for the Upcycled Artisanal Bowl, for a donation of $135 or more.
These gifts are gorgeous and each is handcrafted, making them extra special. There are many gifts to choose from, over 250 gifts ranging in price from $16 – $39,000 and each of them helps to improve the lives of struggling families across the world.
Through World Vision, there are so many ways that you can help and the difference that you make is real. You can also give gifts in honor of someone you love. Purchasing an animal like a goat or chicken will not only help provide food for a family who needs it, but also helps provide them with extra income because they can sell eggs and milk that these animals produce.
