a. from the climb
b. from smoking
2. Because I'm overweight and it was really a work out
I'm posting this because I know so many people will see it and it will embarrass the shit out of me. Maybe that will give me some momentum to change and quit smoking completely (I'm down to just a few a day at the most) and try to lose some weight. 10 years ago this hike was nothing to me and I could have probably ran up the damn thing. Not these days though. Motherhood wasn't so good to my body and I kept using that as an excuse, but my kids are so old now, that excuse has been dead for years. I have tried my damndest to keep it alive though lol. Well, not anymore.
